Introduction of solidification by Ultraviolet ray and mirror finish technology:
UV is the abbreviation for Ultraviolet ray. As invisible ray, it is Hertzian waves in a band outside the purple visible ray. The theory of UV solidification is that some molecules get energy from UV, and step into disengaged elements promoting the unsaturated organic compounds to complete conduct polymerize and coalesce chemical reactions. Then the firm cross linking film on the surface of basic materials in solidification is completed. The UV coating decorative board has outstanding chemical and physical character such as high rigidity, acid residence and alkali residence.
Characteristics of Dyne Shengmark UV board
Acid Resistance and Alkali Resistance UV coating decorative board has outstanding chemical performance of Acid residence and alkali-residence because of chemical performance of UV coating and compact structure of surface.
Easy to Clean
UV coating decorative board is very easy to clean, because the UV coating has high solids content, more than 99.5%, and the curtain coating is adopted in the UV surface coating, which makes the coating well-proportioned and smooth.
Abrasive Resistance
The hardness is more than 3H, The abrasive residence is more than 100,000. The UV coating film in such situation will not be frayed, and is still bright.
Healthiness and Environment Protection The E1 grade environment-protected board is adopted as basic materials; the UV coating is no solvent-borne, and the solids contents exceeds 99.5%; the whole closed UV coating product line from CEFLA of Italy makes sure no waste water, waste residue and exhaust gas in manufacturing process. It is a green environment protective product.
Rich in Color
The pure Italian quality assures clear pattern, vivid design and various colors. And the product has two series, high bright series and matt series. The color of product can be made according to your order.
Easy in Machining
The product can be easy treated and edge-covered. Appropriate for wall decoration, office furniture, household furniture, background wall…

Great market prospects
UV coating door shows its unique excellence compared with other types of door that come into market at the same time. It is much better than normal baking paint for its cleanness to environment, rapidness in solidification, low cost on producing energy, outstanding physical character and adaptation to high speed automatic manufacturing etc. However, traditional paint is usually volatile, long in solidification and not environmental clean. Thus, UV paint is a new green material and is regarded as the replacer of traditional paint. The latest report shows that, many European and American countries had passed laws and regulations to limit the using of traditional baking paint which is high in VOC emission and at the same time encourage new green material UV paint to replace traditional paint. In US, Germany and Italia, the UV paint production had reached 10% of the whole paint industry and is increasing by 15% each year. As is evaluated by Hess Company of Germany, by the end of 2010, the production of UV paint would reach 50% of the world’s paint industry. Moreover, this green material would keep its leading position for at least 30 years. Thus huge market prospects we could imagine.
