UV Solidification Coating Line: It is a full set of automatic under coating, under coat abrasive milling, surface coating line, which was imported from Italia with a production capacity of 8,000,000 M2/year. The UV under coating part has two rollers and one curtain which keep the adhesion and flatness of varnish coat. The varnish coat polish part has keyboard style polisher, which keep the flatness of the whole sand finished coating face without side. UV varnish surface coating has two curtains and one extra long ultraviolet solidification channel, which provide the board with glossy surface without stress.

Film plating product line: By using constant temperature water transfer printing method, the decorate pictures are printed on the surface of ornaments. It is a fast, efficient, high-quality modern finishing technology, which is particularly suited to surface coating of complex and diversified ornaments with a capacity of 1,200,000 m2/year.

PU Ornaments Product Line: The foaming machine is imported from Italian famous Plastic Injection Molding Machine manufacture Caron Group. Completely operated by material temperature control system and accurate pressure measuring system, this automatic machine with an eight meters long cantilever could produce all sorts of Polyurethane decoration ornaments (grained color) with a production capacity of 640 tons/year.

Board Accessory Product Line: It is automatic furniture parts producing line based on the 32mm industrial production and design principles, and machines the board through sawing, milling, bandling, and drilling processes. Main facilities are: electric panel saw, silding table saw, double milling machine, double banding machine, three rows multi-boring machine, six rows multi-boring machine, milling machine, woodworking machine etc. The annual production capacity is 500,000 standard sets.

Solid Surface Product Line: It is first level product line of world’s solid surface industry. The error of thickness is within 0.1mm in thickness. And the gloss could reach 98% after polishing. The annual production is 250.000 pieces, while the pouring capacity is 1500 tons per year. It has passed the ISO9001: 2000 both international and domestic quality management system certificates in the year 2000. It is the first solid surface industries with both certificates, which is also a powerful guarantee to excellent quality.
